vkb8 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between vkb8 and each registered player. By completing registration and accepting these terms, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to use online gaming services in your jurisdiction, and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

These terms are written in English, which is the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict between the English text and any translated version, the English text shall prevail. vkb8 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. To register and use vkb8, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

Each individual may hold only one vkb8 account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vkb8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your password.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your vkb8 account is for your personal use only and must not be shared with, accessed by, or operated by any other person at any time.
• If vkb8 determines that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any balances and bonuses held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited without compensation.

vkb8 may close any account found in breach of these terms and withhold funds pending investigation. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may contact the support team at [email protected].

The following rules govern all financial transactions on the vkb8 platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. vkb8 charges no fees on deposits.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. vkb8 charges no fees on withdrawals.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts will be returned, minus any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider, and may trigger an account review.
• vkb8 may require KYC documentation before processing any single withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 or where the player's total deposits exceed ৳100,000 in any rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

vkb8 will not process withdrawals to any payment account not registered in the player's own name. Any attempt to withdraw to a third-party account is a breach of these terms, will result in the withdrawal being declined, and may result in account suspension.

vkb8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any funds derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no redeemable cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• vkb8 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where reasonable cause exists, including where a technical error has affected the promotion or fraudulent activity has been detected.
• Players found abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent — will have their bonus balances forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Free spins, where offered as part of a promotion, are valid for the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused free spins expire at the end of that period and cannot be reinstated.

vkb8 accepts no responsibility for any tax liability arising from bonuses, winnings, or other payments made to players. Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations applicable to them under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vkb8. Players found engaging in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended immediately and any funds held may be forfeited pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account on vkb8, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the vkb8 platform in any manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with one or more other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market available on vkb8.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error on vkb8 to generate credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by vkb8. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be void.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of funding your vkb8 account.
• Any conduct that vkb8 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity in connection with your vkb8 account.

vkb8 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any evidence of criminal activity identified in connection with a player account will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the account will be frozen pending the outcome of any investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vkb8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the vkb8 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or computer failure. vkb8's total aggregate liability to any player for claims arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability but accept no liability for downtime or technical failures caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party service outages, network failures, or force majeure events.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.
